the following entries in localaliases.txt should do it...

clrmru|run cmd /C del "C:\Program Files\Quick Search
Deskbar\mrumenu.txt"|Clear MRU Menu
clrhist|run cmd /C del "C:\Program Files\Quick Search
Deskbar\history.txt"|Clear History
