Have you ever set up things like local aliases or preferences? Could you try uninstalling DQSD, removing everything from your DQSD directory and reinstalling?" I did have a previous version of DQSD installed. I don't remember which. I tried the following steps: * removed Quick Search from task bar * did Start->Settings->Control Panel->Add/Remove Programs to uninstall * manually removed everything from my C:\Program Files\Quick Search Deskbar directory * deleted that directory * rebooted * reinstalled I still got the same error.. __________________________________________________ Do You Yahoo!?
