Monty, Sorry, I'll try to restate it. In the deskbar type something and hit enter this will open a browser window. If one is open already, shift enter will open another browser window. The help says this functionality only works for IE. My suggestion was that it be extended to work with Mozilla and ideally to open a new tab as opposed to a window which is Mozilla functionality. Is that clearer?
