Hi Tom, Experienced the same in the past with Gozilla. This isn't linked to DQSD. Try to cut'n paste the URL you provided to IE's address field, you should see FreshDownload act the same. It kinda brainlessly pops up because it believes you're downloading an exe, while it's a server-side app that just queries a database and makes an html file with the results.
You should either disable FreshDownload or have a look at it options, looking for some exception list to which you could add .EXEs, or all stuff from getzips.com.
