JS TimeSync is pretty good too -- very simple, not many options.
 
You could probably write an alias that launches it with an command line options you want....

With enough effort, I'm sure this can be done.  I haven't the foggiest idea how though.  In the absence of that, D4 is the best free app I have ever seen to accomplish this...

I don't know how you would do it but it would be excellent to be able to type "sync" into the quickbar and for it to sync your computer time with an atomic clock server. Is this possible with scripting?
