Thanks, SetBrowser (from the FAQ) did the trick, It turns out
that the launchmode can be either "default" or "auto" --
anything except "IE only".
Sorry to hear you can't use this tool at work. I know many
employers keep tight control on desktops (and understand some
of the reasons behind it), but I've been lucky to work in
environments where I have freedom to add the widgets I want.
