Folks,
I suspect that the explorer hang is related to the automatic version upgrade check.
I haven't looked any further into this yet than commenting-out (add // to the start of the line), the line:
setTimeout( "checkWebForUpdate()", checkForUpdateDelay );
in the function def()
(line 192 in search.htm)
Would people like to try this - add // to the start of line 192, reload DQSD and see what happens.
