That's weird. That usually means the DQSDTools.dll isn't registered
properly. 
Can you open a command prompt and do:

  C:\>cd "%PROGRAMFILES%\Quick Search Deskbar"
  C:\Program Files\Quick Search Deskbar>regsvr32 DQSDTools.dll

Post back with details if this fails.

Hmm... The calendar throws a security error. I know I've seen people posting
about it before, but I haven't seen it myself.
Try registering the DLL first, and see if this error persists.
