I don't know if this is an issue, but we don't use an absolute path to the solution file. So instead of <solutionfile>D:\Inetpub\health.lefebvre.us\PA.DOH.BHS.Surveys.sln</solu tionfile> we would use: <solutionfile> PA.DOH.BHS.Surveys.sln</solutionfile> The reason is, that draco checks out the files to a temporary location. If you specify an absolute path, draco doesn't the file from sourcesafe, but your existing copy of the file.
