My T4XB rocks on CW....great tone and great reports.
Recently I tried A/Bing it with my Omni V on my weekly
75 meter SSB net and the concensus was overwhelmingly in favor of the Omni.
I was told the audio on the T4XB sounded weak. I used a D104 amplified mic
and a NOS Johnson dynamic desk mic on the Drake. I'm thinking something may
be out of adjustment, though. I'm going to try trading out the 12AX7A mic
amp tube.... anything else I should check? Thanks.
