The knob is a plastic cylinder that fits on the ends of the two metal lever switches.
The cylinder is plastic, about 1/2 in long and maybe 1/4 in diameter (I'll have to dig the broken ones out of the drawer to measure).
They just slip over the flat metal lever and are held on by friction. They have a nasty habit of cracking along the length of the cylinder and are small enough that any glue job is almost certainly doomed.

Hi to all my fellow Drake users. I have both a MN-7 and a MN-2700, and
on both the plastic knob/tip on the lever switches are broken. Anyone
out there have 4 I can buy? They are the black plastic cylinders that
fit over the ends of the two lever switches that are under the large
tuning knobs. Anyone have any idea where to get equivalents if no
originals are available? I have them wrapped in black electrical tape
but it doesn't look too good :-)

If they are just cylinders, you could just buy solid black rod stock of some
suitable colored plastic and drill and tap for the switch stud and then and
smooth and radius the ends.
If its a turnable,(in a lathe), form put it in your wood lathe, or send it
to me and I will turn it on my metal lathe.I am not sure what it looks like
so a drawing/picture would be helpful.
