For those who are interested in original Drake paint. That is a true
baked powder coat finish, two part system and much more durable than
a spray can job. The place to call is Hartzell Mfg. in Miamisburg, OH
at 937-859-5955. They can repaint your cabinets to like new condx.

The Sherwin-Williams "POLANE" is a two-part acrylic enamel. There are several different products under this brand name, but the most likely one looks to be

"POLANE® LG Black Polyurethane Enamel is a low gloss, high solids, two component acrylic polyurethane
coating that meets 2.8 VOC EPA solvent emissions regulation. It provides excellent exterior durability and performance as a smooth or
texture coating and can be applied over a wide range of substrates."

I believe Hartzell charges $25 per piece, which would be $125 for a C-Line w/MS-4, plus shipping both ways.

The Rustoleum 7777 or Krylon is about $4/can, and two cans will do a C-Line. A little while in the bead blaster, some spray time, and an hour in the oven. I have cabinets I painted over ten years ago that have not shown any damage from use.

No recommendation, the choice is yours.

The C line was NEVER powder coated by Drake. It had Sherwin
Williams "Polain" paint applied. Lee. w0vt
