After power up for a few minutes Pa current is evident irrespective of the mode switch position, other than off of course. Current varies with bias setting adjustment and can be set to normal value. Relay changes over with mode set to TUNE CW or SPOT. Problem exists with the driver tube pulled so I guess I'm looking at some sort of a PA problem.
