I recently acquired a very nice SW2, but the dial is a little hinky. When manually tuning the numbers will jump forwards and backwards. If I turn very slowly it does fine. This seems to happen more on some frequncies than others. So does this indicate the the optical encoder is going out or can I adjust something.
