I sniffed around the PS7 innards, remembering the threads last autumn about smelly power supplies, and found the two 15000 uF capacitors to be the culprits. Perhaps time to change them out...
Is there any reason for using two 15000 uF instead of one at, say 47000 uF (the closest to 30000 uF I could find) Anyone have the dimensions of the original 15000 uF capacitors (do not have the PS7 available just now.)
