In positive ground DC that sounds good but, wrong. With ac or rf riding on +/-DC it would be reliant on your reference point, regardless of color.

Did anyone else see the AC3 on e-pay that has all
the paper caps replaced with metal electolytics? I really do not get a good feel for that. Those caps float at serveral hundred volts do to the voltage doubler circuit. Someone is getting a death trap.
