Well keep in mind Bob that blue LEDs emit only blue light, more or less.  So in 
the case of the TR7, you will not see the red in the S-meter. It all appears 
black. I use blue LEDs on the TR7, and also have a small red LED in the mix for 
the S-meter.  I also took out the blue filter to make it more readable.  I 
really love the deep rich blue color.  

To others this is the greatest of sins.  My opinion is that as long as I don't 
butcher the rig, then when someone buys my rig they can restore to their liking.
