I just use a bash script that runs as a cron job every minute. It does a
`cat /proc/drbd`, parses the output, and texts my cell phone if it sees
certain things that I am interested in knowing about (bascially any time
the status is not Connected, Primary/Secondary, UpTodate/UpToDate).
