Drbd uses the blocksize of the underlaying device.
You might want to peek into /sys/block/drbd0/queue/logical_block_size
and/or /sys/block/drbd0/queue/hw_sector_size
Due to own experiments, I can state that different blocksizes on the backing
devices
does not mix well.
