whenever we implement more of the security model, because it is not
actually correct.
The NO_SECURITY level overrides object protection, but does not override
certain other security features as the name would suggest.

A new name has not been defined yet, but it will probably be something
like NO_PROTECTION, NO_OBJ_PROT, or something silimar. We'll keep you
posted.
