The Electric Dreams Dreamwheel Dream Groups - by Kathy Turner
The DreamWheel keeps spinning along gathering new dreams and dreamers on
its way. At the moment there is room for a few more participants. We
use a technique (developed by Stephen Ullman, John Herbert, Richard
Wilkerson and others) of dreaming over dreams as a way of acknowledging
that every dream interpretation is in fact our own dream. We spend about
six days working on one person's dream: all participants on the DreamWheel
can ask clarifiying questions so the dream comes more to life and then
anyone can re-tell the dream as if it were his/her own. The process works
and is fun. It brings out the story teller in us and feeds our intuitive,
intellectual and feeling qualities. If you are interested in joining just

Dream Title Car wreck/kokopelli
Date of Dream July 28, 1999, 2:00am
Dream I was in a car with my friend Shawn (in real life,
he is one of my best friends that I have very strong feelings for) and we
were driving on a curvy road in the mountains. I was driving and going a
little bit too fast. I misjudged the next curve and lost control of the
car. We crashed into another car. The next thing I know, we're at a bus
station or something and there are a bunch of people standing there. Turns
out they are the people from the car we hit. Two of them have been injured.
One is very badly hurt and they don't think she will make it. The wierd
thing is the dream went from crashing to the bus station. I don't even
recall the crash, I just know that it happened. Anyway, the girl ends up
dying and I am crying trying to tell her friends that I am so sorry, but
they are all understandably - telling me off and yelling at me. I fell just
horrible. Then, here comes my mom trying to take Shawn and me to a church
so we can get married (my mom woul!

d love it if he and I got together). He takes off saying that it will never
happen. All of a sudden, the dead girls friends are around me once again
yelling at me. I start running trying to find Shawn to tell him I have no
idea what my mom is talking about. I finally find him and he has a swollen
lip, a black eye and his teeth are broken. I ask him what happened and he
says he was talking to my mom and her teeth (she has dentures) started to
fall out. She didn't want him to see them fall out so she decked him and
ran! So, I'm still crying over the dead girl and now I'm apologizing for my
mom hitting him and he grabs my hand and says "Okay, ready to go get
married?" Then I woke up and I was terrified. It was like a nightmare. I
have dreams about car accidents frequently, but I never crash into other
cars. It's always a guard rail, fence or pole that I run into. Any thoughts
on what this might mean. It is really bothering me. Any help would be
appreciated.
