but i dont just dream about him once, it's nearly every night and i cant get him off
my mind especially coz i see him everyday.

something in my
immediate environment has reminded me of him... the back of
someone's head, a person on tv who resembles him, a situation
I was in at the time I knew him, etc.

Usually, when I realize what has triggered the dream about my
ex, I don't dream about him again.

THANX SOOOO MUCH, U REALLY HELPED ME UNDERSTAND, BUT ITS SO HARD TO SEE HIM EVERYDAY
AND NOT BE ABLE TO SPEAK TO HIM, I THINK ABOUT HIM ALWAYS, BUT YOUR RIGHT I SHOULD
MOVE ON.
IF YOU DONT MIND ME ASKIN ARE YOU WITH THE SAME PERSON YOU THOUGHT THAT YOU SHOULDNT
GO BACK WITH? COZ IF YOU ARE THEN I KNOW THAT THERE STILL MIGHT BE HOPE!!!

My personal thought on your real life dream is that sometimes the grass is
not always greener on the other side.
Dreaming about your ex because he is on your mind may mean that you are
missing something in your life. You should always go forward and not backward.
Going back to him would only mean that you are going into the wrong direction.
It may be trying to tell you to focus on what is in front of you instead of
trying to grasp something you once had, you can have it again as long as you
try to get it.
I have had the same experience in the past and it ended up working out for me.
Now I am happily married with 3 children and a beautiful home!

Hope this helps
