well i think it means that u are still a fruitful, prosperous, creative person.
and to not let your cancer get u down. that u can still thrive and have much
to look forward to. or your actually going to be getting your periods back.
it's symbolic of fertility, productivity and life. whatever project u were
thinking of starting up go for it.
