Subject: the power of dreams
Thank you for your response Heratheta, as I was reading other posts I
began thinking about the power of dreams and parts of ones self that
are revealed in dreams. If I have a lot of stress over someone or
something I usually will dream that they come to me and comfort me
about the issue and that makes me feel very good. I also have dreams
about an ex and I think it's bad, but brings up a part of me from the
past. Like you enjoy the way someone used to make you feel. We have
both moved on in life but it seems a part of me is still with her.
Anyway I sjould shut up now before I wax too eloquent. I mean I guess
my point is at least I still have a part of her in dreams, right?

i rarely get 2 hear stories about parents being so supportive of psychic
abilities. y aren't u talking to your father more often? i would if i were u.
yes, u can have them more often if u were open 2 it. it is more than common
(obviously not to u) but it is common and yes u can have dreams of the future
or even the past. if u can have de je vu (not sure of spelling) than y
couldn't u have dreams of the future? tell your dad i say hi!

street, in fact driving in front of a specific address (that I rarely
drive by) and hit a golden retriever dog in the middle of the road. It
was so vivid that I woke up my wife and told her about my dream. A week
later we were driving and I ended up hitting a dog in the street. Turns
out it was the same kind of dog and same location as the dream. I have
never hit a dog before or since. This dream and the following situation
has bothered me ever since it happened. Can we really "see" the future
in our dreams? I realized that everything happened EXACTLY as it had in
my dream. I told my dad about what happened and he went off about some
parrallel dimension thing....I'd be curious to know what people in this
group think about my dream? Does this kind of thing happen often? Was I
just "lucky" to have a dream like this or could you have them all the
time if you were "open" to it? Sorry for all the questions but as I
said this dream was quite a life changing experience for me. Thanks for
your help.
