I don't work for VA Linux anymore, so I can't give you any specific
permissions--however, I will point out that the original low level
design documents on that page are under the following license:
"Copyright © 1998-1999 by Precision Insight, Inc., Cedar Park, Texas.
All Rights Reserved.
Permission is granted to make and distribute verbatim copies of this
document provided the copyright notice and this permission notice are
preserved on all copies."
So, you can copy them to the DRI site--but we can't modify them. Still,
they might be useful to new developers trying to get some idea on early
design decisions.
