Hi all... I managed to build X with support for the r200 and XVideo, but I have some questions about that.
First, which CVS branch is the correct one for me? Trunk CVS doesn't include the r200 driver and the r200 branch I got failed to run GLX (error was "r200Clear: drmRadeonGetParam: -22"). So I had to do some workarounds for not overwriting the changes from keithp's xv patches (which can be applied manually and work very well) with the bleeding-edge binaries. Second, yesterdays r200 build seems to have some profiling display on the upper left on the screen consisting of a white bar and some green squares. Is there any info about what this means (or where it might be disabled)? BTW, Unreal Tournament runs fine at an average on 50 FPS on an Athlon 1400. Gonna test it some further this weekend. glxgears gives me about 1800 FPS.
