I'm seeing the same problem with the XFree86 CVS post-merge. The problem is with the Imakefiles in Xserver/GL/mesa/src/*. It looks like changes from the XFree86 CVS got lost in the merge. These Imakefiles should match what was in the XFree86 CVS before the merge.
