I am quite happy to tell you that this is not true: i can play with discrete 
satisfaction UT2003 under windows witha Rage128 AIW 16mb (ok, ok, 640x480 
minimum detail, but it is enough for my playtime)

Maybe a bit jumpy on big maps...
