'k, I know that! But when using large textures, should those factors scale accordingly? For example, TDFX already had large texture support when I saw it, but the factors were still 256.0...

Hmm. This is getting into stuff I never really knew about. I wonder if there is anyone else out there in dri-devel or mesa-land that has an ongoing interest in the tdfx drivers?
