And I found that it is harder than I expected after José's statement that it is rather a mechanical task. But maybe it's just me trying to understand what I'm doing. ;-) I've made a first pass over the whole driver now using the templates in Mesa 4 in savagetris.c and savagevb.c. Basically I copied r128_tris.c and mgavb.c and modified them for savage. However, there are still lots of loose ends and I havn't even tried to compile it yet. I hope to get it fixed up some time before Christmas. And I hope I didn't make too many mistakes. Anyway, I got a pretty good understanding of how the driver works by now, so I think I can handle problems if something goes wrong at first. > > I'll try to talk to you today on IRC meeting but i noticed that i'm banned > from #dri-devel channel, someone banned my ISP (veloxzone.com.br) and now i > can't enter the channel.
