I tried one week ago and the problem was present.
I just tried dri cvs (with Mesa-newtree cvs) and GL_NV_texture_rectangle does
work fine!!
I've noted one difference in the glxinfo output. With my fresh build I've:
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Radeon 20030328 AGP 4xTCL
as with XFREE-4.4.0-rc1 I've:
OpenGL renderer string: Mesa DRI Radeon 20030328 AGP 4x x86/MMX+/SSE2TCL
should I add something in my dri cf/host.def to get also x86/MMX+/SSE2,
maybe these "feature" cause the problems?
