I've found another application that exhibits this crash but is a little easier
for others to replicate. It is blender at:
http://www.blender3d.org/Download/
To replicate this, just set up a system with dual monitors, enable Xinerama and
try running blender. It will crash the server before it gets the main window
painted (at least on my configuration).
So far, I can see that with Xinerama enabled, I get essentially the same crash
as detailed in #19 (although it takes a little different path to get to
XAACOPYAREA). You can see that pSrcDrawable is null again:
