Is anyone against just including mach64 in the trunk?  I know it' still
unsecure and unstable, but so is savage and that's in the trunk.  We
don't have to build it by default.  plus it would avoid having to
update the makefiles on the branch everytime mesa changes and the trunk
gets updated.
