If you're referring to the code in src/mesa/sparc/, you should be able to easily disable it. There's ordinary C code to fall back to.

I'll import the ffb files into our tree just for completeness but we can't build it it only works on sparc64.. don't suppose anyone has one ? Ithink I could get one at home in Ireland but here probably not ...
