Well if you are asking most open the i810/5 is, granted it isn't very
featureful and it quite slow, but the docs are open, and it's what got me
started in DRI, I've since picked up the full set of available ATI docs
via my job and to be honest they are no great shakes...the register
headers give you nearly enough info...
