Not sure about them, but I doubt they are related to my changes.

Direct rendering is disabled for some reason. Run (in bash)
"LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose glxinfo" to get more information what's going
wrong.

This looks ok. The Xserver and 2D driver initialized ok with DRI support
enabled. It's something with libGL or the 3D driver. LIBGL_DEBUG=verbose
should tell what's going wrong.
