Further on this.. actually tcl looks to be involved as well, I found another bug unrelated to the vblank_mode in a certain screen of my application, entering the screen and leaving it twice in a row, causes a chip lockup, disabling TCL makes it go away....
so does anyone know offhand from experience what sort of CPU usage save I would get with TCL vs without.. (I'm running on a PIII 500 at the moment..), I might try and figure out the lockup also ..
