It belongs in the Device section corresponding to your card driver.  E.g. 
 
Section "Device" 
        Identifier      "Generic Video Card" 
        Driver          "r128" 
        Option          "BusType" "PCI" 
EndSection 
 
I'm hoping that will prevent it from using the AGP interface so we can narrow 
down the cause of this problem.
