FreeBSD support is even less thatn the Linuxs support.. the code in
ati_pcigart.c is different for pci express than for normal PCI... I think
this code is platform specific..

I've never gotten it to work on my laptop, the reg programming info I have
is brief but it should be okay.. fglrx won't work for me either at this
stage (waiting for ATI to see if they can fix the issue)..
