I sent my computer twice to Sony to fix it but it didn't help. Of course, since I need to put the original hard disk with Windows on it so that Sony accept to repair it, they can not see the problem with OpenGL on X11... :-/ It looks like in plain-old-mode X11, the issue happens rather with a high temperature. In OpenGL mode, the issue is quite more often here... I've put a sample on http://enstb.org/~keryell/bug_radeon/dsc02013.jpg with bzflag. There is a little blurr related to the 1/13s shutter speed but you can get the idea... :-/ So, is it a hardware or software issue?
