Summary: celestia 1.5.1 locks up the GPU as soon as it creates a
                    dialog box.
           Product: Mesa
           Version: CVS
          Platform: x86 (IA32)
        OS/Version: Linux (All)
            Status: NEW
          Severity: normal
          Priority: medium
         Component: Drivers/DRI/r300
        AssignedTo: dri-devel@lists.sourceforge.net
        ReportedBy: [EMAIL PROTECTED]

I am running celestia 1.5.1 configured as:

configure --sysconfdir=/etc --with-gnome

The application runs fine until I create a dialog box from the menu bar, at
which point the X server stops responding. (The mouse cursor still moves, you
can't click on anything and the cursor icon doesn't change any more.) A reboot
is then required.

The machine is a dual P4 Xeon with 2 GB of RAM with a Radeon 9550, running
Fedora 9.
