Hi,

I have a laptop with a Mobility Radeon 9700 in it, running xorg 1.5.2 +
linux 2.6.27. This seems to work pretty well, except that when I
sleep the laptop, it doesn't look like the video card refreshes onboard
memory. When I resume it, textures in eg. compiz are garbage.

Flipping back to a console and then returning to Xorg fixes the
textures.

I'd like to fix this. Clearly, the textures just need to be reloaded
after resume. Can someone point me in the right direction? Should I be
looking in the kernel driver or xorg? Where specifically? Any hints?

Thanks,
-J
