Summary: Radeon: No 50Hz modes available after upgrading to 2.6.36 Product: Drivers Version: 2.5 Kernel Version: 2.6.36 Platform: All OS/Version: Linux Tree: Mainline Status: NEW Severity: normal Priority: P1 Component: Video(DRI - non Intel) AssignedTo: drivers_video-...@kernel-bugs.osdl.org ReportedBy: ville.aa...@gmail.com Regression: No Hi! I live in Europe/Finland and have an HTPC setup using Radeon IGP (Gigabyte GA-MA78GM-S2H; i.e. R600 based or actually RS780 or somesuch... the Radeon naming scheme is confusing to me). With Kernel 2.6.35 everything is fine. But after upgrading to 2.6.36, all the 50Hz modes are NTSC-entrically gone! I can't set to 50Hz via 'xrandr -r 50' anymore, and also xrandr only lists 60Hz modes. Does anyone know how can those modes be brought back? Or perhaps fix it at some point =) I'm on Gentoo and will happily provide more information if needed. -- Configure bugmail: https://bugzilla.kernel.org/userprefs.cgi?tab=email ------- You are receiving this mail because: ------- You are watching the assignee of the bug. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Nokia and AT&T present the 2010 Calling All Innovators-North America contest Create new apps & games for the Nokia N8 for consumers in U.S. and Canada $10 million total in prizes - $4M cash, 500 devices, nearly $6M in marketing Develop with Nokia Qt SDK, Web Runtime, or Java and Publish to Ovi Store http://p.sf.net/sfu/nokia-dev2dev -- _______________________________________________ Dri-devel mailing list Dri-devel@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/dri-devel
