To build deb or rpm, use -Pdeb or -Prpm when building:
mvn package -Prpm
mvn package -Pdeb
deb should work on any environment. rpm requires rpm and rpmbuild.
The deb package is found in the (top-level) target directory. The rpm package
is found in distribution/target/rpm/drill/RPMS/noarch/
