do a mvn clean install when you already have hbase installed and running on the
node.
Tests fail with :
18:38:30.652 [Master:0;drillats1.qa.lab,40354,1397155110339] ERROR
o.apache.hadoop.hbase.master.HMaster - Unhandled exception. Starting shutdown.
java.net.BindException: Address already in use
