DRILL-327 - Use sqlline 1.1.6, and change the license file accordingly.

Looks like the only thing that needed to be changed on master was the
LICENSE file. Everything else looks set to use sqlline 1.1.6
You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:
$ git pull https://github.com/pwong-mapr/incubator-drill DRILL-327
