Summary: Drillbit process comes up even if startup fails

The java process comes up even if the drillbit failed to come up successfully.
Occurs under various scenarios. An example though is:
Wrong ZK info, the logs contain the failure but the dirllbit process comes up.
The correct behavior would be to fail startup.
