Hello All, Per community decision last week of moving to more frequent releases, I'm extremely proud to propose our first Apache Drill monthly release: version 0.4.0-incubating. This is a point release that includes a large set of contributions from a variety of contributors and 800 JIRAs closed [1].
It has been a while so hopefully my artifacts are in order. Let's get this release wrapped up in short order and get focused on the next monthly release as we drive towards an end user beta.
