Fix For: 0.5.0
This will allow Drill to share read and write space with other libraries
without extra copies. This requires a small JNI or JNA shim and a facility to
expose the shared memory segment identifier and buffer level offset/length. I
suggest we use JNA since that has gone APL and makes the interface clearer.
