0. Verified that release contains a source package which is the snapshot of
the Apache Drill code at git commit id 686eb9e [1].
1. ​Verified the signature[2] of both source and binary packages (signed
using Jacques' public key '6B5FA695').
2. Verified checksums of both source and binary packages.
3. Verified that the source and binary tarballs extract to different
folders.
​4. Verified that the source tarball contains installation instruction
'INSTALL.md'.
5. Did a full build from the extracted sources following the instructions
in the the install file.
  + RAT report was clean.
  + All unit test passed (no JVM crash observed).
​6. Following the instructions in the install file, verified that Drill can
be launched in the embedded and distributed mode and example queries can be
executed.
7. Using the all-in-one JDBC jar, connected to a Drill cluster using
SQuirreL client with the extended connection parameters [3].
8. Various options in the Drill web UI works as expected.
